Forms Live releases three powerful new updates

  • New personalised cover pages to brand your form
  • New automatic property address suggestions
  • New form filtering to make finding forms easy

Forms Live continues to provide South Australian agents and property managers with the latest technology with three new updates that save time, reduce entry errors and allow you to customise your forms with your agency’s branding.

The updates include the ability to add a cover page to forms and contracts to provide customisation and branding, a new autofill feature that suggests property addresses as you type, and form filtering that makes it easier than ever to find forms created previously, or batches of forms.

David Howell - CEO of Dynamic Methods which owns Forms Live - said the new updates were just a few of the releases planned for the popular forms and contract platform.

“These updates are based on user feedback and the latest in tech integrations and are part of our commitment to saving time and money for our users,” said David.

The three new updates include:

Personalised Cover Pages

Agencies can now add their own cover pages to Forms Live forms and contracts in PDF format and attach them to the front of the documents. This allows offices to provide cover sheets branded in company colours and styling.

“This has been a much requested feature that simplifies how agencies can brand their contracts and help them to both look more attractive and stand out,” said David.

Property Address Suggestions

This new autofill feature makes property address suggestions as you type and auto-populates the address selected across the form, reducing the need to look up addresses or worry about typing errors.

“This is a real time saver that also improves the accuracy and consistency of the data within the form,” David said.

Form Filtering and Searching

Updates have been made to the filtering options within the search function of Forms Live, delivering new options for finding either individual or batches of forms.

New filtering options include the ability to search by:

  • The status of the form
  • The person who created it
  • The type of form
  • Or the time period when the form was created - in the past day, week, fortnight, month or all time.
“This is a really handy function because it supports some powerful office insights and the ability to batch activities,” David said.
“Using the new filtering, you can see how many forms or contracts you have at various stages quickly and easily, or you can review the work of team members.”

More updates will be announced shortly.

David said Forms Live was proud to be South Australia’s original and only cloud-based forms and contract solution, recognised as an industry leader.

“We are the only South Australian form solution integrated with all the major CRMS and tech providers and we are proud to offer the latest in time-saving and security updates to make life easier for real estate agents and property managers,” David said.
