Do I need to download forms to file them in Forms Live?

One of the great advantages of Forms Live is that it captures the history of any form or contract you create in the system and this record is always available to you. This includes all changes made right through to finalisation and sign off.

While you can download any form or contract and save it onto your computer, this is generally not needed.

Inside your Forms Live account you will have a full history of your forms and any changes that have been made to them during their lifestyle.

So if in say six months, a year down the track, you need to check what was the term on this form, you’ll have access to those conditions, who added them and when they were sent to the client. This can be a significant benefit as it creates a papertrail that you can provide as evidence at rental tribunals.
